Before contacting support

Please include the following details where possible:

  • Your Tracely account email.
  • Whether you are using Tracely as a Client or Worker.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • The project name, if relevant.
  • Screenshots or error messages, if available.
  • The date and time the issue occurred, if relevant.

Account deletion requests

If you are a client with active projects or active worker assignments, we may ask you to complete or close those projects before account deletion can be processed. This helps protect workers from unexpectedly losing access to work logs, screenshots, or proof-of-work records connected to active projects.

Response time

We aim to respond to support requests as soon as possible. Privacy, account deletion, security, and billing-related requests may require identity verification before we can take action.
